At Bark Performance, we are committed to ensuring your products arrive quickly and safely. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle your order:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays or during the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  • Currently, we offer Standard Shipping.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are a flat fee of $5.95 to the Continental US.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
  • We will ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at team@barkperformance.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Changes to Orders

  • Once your order is placed, changes can only be made if the package has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at team@barkperformance.com to request a change.
